We’re looking for a Creative Technologist / Design Engineer to join at the founder level and define how Texterra’s Aesthetic Interpretation is expressed in product.
This role lives at the seam between design intent and engineering execution. You’ll work directly with the founder to prototype creative systems, translate abstract ideas into real tools, and shape how AI-driven outputs feel authored, not automated.
You’ll help define the creative language of the product from day one.
This is an early-stage, equity-first role. Cash compensation is limited initially.
This role is best suited for someone who wants real ownership, proximity to decision-making, and meaningful long-term upside. Competitive compensation is planned once funding is secured.
